Household income is all (gross) income the household receives in a year for all members who live in the home. Please use the most recent information you have.
Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) can be found on line 11 of Form 1040, U.S. Individual Income Tax Return. The total, annual AGI of all Household Members should be calculated.
The "Household Income" step in the Applicant Portal (Neighborly) will show two ways to enter household income.
Option 1: Enter the entire household's income as a lump sum.

Option 2: If multiple people in the household did not file together, you can use the system to calculate the total Household AGI by entering each Household Member’s income individually.
