What should I provide as evidence of home's insured value?

Modified on Fri, 6 Mar at 1:42 PM

Applicants must provide proof of insurance that shows your home is insured for $700,000 or less. This information is asked for in the Grant Application. The paper from your insurance company must clearly show the home’s insured value. This is usually listed under “Coverage A (Dwelling)."

PLEASE NOTE: This is a requirement to apply for both Matching and Low-Income Grants. Low-Income Homeowners with Grants approved after August 4, 2025, must provide documentation of homeowners insurance and insurance discounts as requested by the MSFH Program.
