Does anyone know when you are given a decision for the initial application? Days? Weeks? Months!

That is a great question! A list of case statuses and the corresponding status updates can be found on our MSFH Knowledge Base here: Applicant Portal Terms: Support Center

Once you confirm with your contractor that the mitigation project is complete, and double check that all permits have been approved, the next step is to request a final inspection. The final inspection request is completed on the “Draw Request – Final Inspection Request” step. Each homeowner will only have one opportunity to request a final inspection.  For additional information and video please use this link: How to request a final inspection? : Support Center

I saw my status on Neighborly and I’m not quite sure I understand what it means. Everything is done for my project and I’d like to request my check to get the contractor paid.
