What do the "Grant Group" statuses mean?

Modified on Thu, 10 Jul at 5:32 PM

If the case status in the Applicant Portal lists one of the following Grant Group statuses, there is no action to be taken at this time:

  • Grant Group 1 – 60+ Low-Income
  • Grant Group 2 – Other Low-Income
  • Grant Group 3 – 60+ Moderate Income
  • Grant Group 4 – Other Moderate Income
  • Grant Group 5 – General

Please continue to monitor the Program’s website, MySafeFLHome.com, for updates and information as they become available.

Once assigned to a Grant Group, Applicants cannot modify the information provided in the Questionnaire, as it was verified as true and accurate on the date of signing.

PLEASE NOTE: Grant Group 5 contains Applicants of all ages who are above the Moderate-Income threshold. Based on funding, Group 5 Applicants may be able to access the Inspection Application once it opens. However, Group 5 Applicants are ineligible for Grants and will not be allowed to access Grant Application.
