Once you submit your Prioritization Questionnaire, your case will be sorted into a Prioritization Group. Your Prioritization Group will determine the date an application will be available to you. If the MSFH Program runs out of available funding prior to the date your Group is to be opened, you will not be able to apply for an Inspection or Grant.
On the applicable date, you may complete and submit the Grant Application in the Applicant Portal:
- Grant Group 1 – 60+ Low-Income - August 4th, 2025
- Grant Group 2 – Other Low-Income - August 18th, 2025
- Grant Group 3 – 60+ Moderate Income - September 1st, 2025
- Grant Group 4 – Other Moderate Income - September 15th, 2025
- Grant Group 5 – Cannot Proceed*
The following link can take you directly to the Applicant Portal: MSFH Applicant Portal. Access to the Grant Application for all dates is available at 8AM EST.
Please continue to monitor the Program’s website, MySafeFLHome.com, for updates and information as they become available.
Once assigned to a Grant Group, Applicants cannot modify the information provided in the Questionnaire, as it was verified as true and accurate on the date of signing.
*PLEASE NOTE: Grant Group 5 contains Applicants of all ages who are above the Moderate-Income threshold. Based on funding, Group 5 Applicants may be able to access the Inspection Application once it opens. However, Group 5 Applicants are ineligible for Grants and will not be allowed to access Grant Application.
