Can a case be reopened? I received a low-income grant. Unfortunately, my case was closed because I didn't use the fund in time as I was not able to pay upfront. I am able to pay now so I am hoping the case can by reopened and if not, how do I reapply?

Hi Duc,
Unfortunately, cases in "case-closed" statuses cannot be reopened. You can reach out to the MSFH Support Team: Support : Support Center to ask questions specifically about your case.

What step do we need to do to reopen or apply for a new case?

Hi Tiffany,
You are correct that a “case closed” status means the case was denied, withdrawn, or expired. Unfortunately, cases in these statuses — even those that expired — cannot be reopened. If there's anything else you'd like to explore you are always welcome to reach out to the MSFH Call Center to speak about your specific case.
