All Draw Requests go through two checks to make sure everything is correct:
- First Review
- Second Quality Control (QC) Review
After your Draw Request passes the first review, it goes straight to the second review. Right now, many people are sending in Draw Requests, so reviews are done in the order they come in. You will get an email when each review is finished. You do not need to do anything while your Draw Request is being checked.
The only time you need to act is if you get a Request for Information (RFI) email. This is an email or task outlining the additional information or documentation needed to move forward in processing the case. If you do not respond to the Request for Information (RFI) within 60 days, the application will be deemed withdrawn and administratively closed. Closed cases cannot be reopened, so ensure you check your case and your email regularly.
