After your Draw Request passes the first review, it will go straight to a second quality control (QC) review. It is a routine step designed to confirm accuracy and ensure all required documentation and information are complete— it does not indicate an error or issue with the Draw Request.
Once this review is finished, Homeowners will receive an email letting them know the current status of their case and any next steps, if applicable.
