Applicants who have not yet had an Initial Inspection in the My Safe Florida Home Program will be required to create a new case in the MSFH 2.0 system. If you already had a case but never submitted an Inspection Application, your old case will disappear, and you will need to create a new case.
Applicants who HAVE received an Initial Inspection will continue with their existing case. DO NOT create a new case in the 2.0 system. You may see the option available to you, but any case you create in the 2.0 system will be flagged as a duplicate and closed.
