A full copy of the Initial Inspection Report will be emailed to you by the Inspection Company, otherwise called the Wind Certification Entity (WCE). If you have any questions about your report, please reach out to the Inspection Company directly. Their phone number and email will be on the email sent by the Program when your Inspection Application was approved.
The Initial Inspection Report will contain the following:
- Introduction
- Recommended Improvements
- Improvement Cost Estimates
- Summary of Form OIR-B1-1802
- Attachments
- Form OIR-B1-1802 (Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form)
- Initial Inspection photographs and documents
