What is the Pending Contractor Confirmation status in MSFH 1.0?

The Grant Application in MSFH 1.0 (for Applicants who received a MSFH Initial Inspection before August 4, 2025) is made up of two stages: Eligibility Confirmation and Contractor Confirmation. Homeowners must provide all required information and documentation to receive Grant Application approval.

If your case status is "Pending Contractor Confirmation" you must re-enter the Applicant Portal (Neighborly) and fill out the next two steps:

1. "Grant Application - Contractor Confirmation"

2. "Grant Application - Submit Contractor Confirmation"
