How do I apply for an Initial Inspection?

If this is your first time applying and you have not had an Initial Inspection yet, you will need to create a new case in the Applicant Portal (Neighborly).  If you already had a case but never submitted an Inspection Application, your old case will disappear, and you will need to create a new case.  

Applicants apply for a MSFH Initial Inspection in the Applicant Portal. The Applicant Portal (Neighborly) can be accessed online using the following link: Applicant Portal Login Page. 

Once a case is created, you will need to complete the Prioritization Questionnaire to be sorted into an Inspection Group for accessing the Inspection Application.
