I have read in one section that the windows need to be IMPACT and in another section they need to be IMPACT RESISTANT! Which one is it?
There is a huge difference on price and I don’t want to get impact resistant windows and have the grant rejected.
I would like to use Pella Impervia, are these approved? Please answer my oration here and not send me on a wild goose chase.i haven’t on hold for several hours trying or verify this information and no one will help me.

Thank you for your question, however it is one you would have to reach out to the Inspection Company directly to answer. Their phone number and email will be on the email sent by the Program when your Inspection Application was approved.
