You will receive an email notification once the Draw Request process is complete and the check has been approved. Once receiving email notification of approval, please allow at least three weeks for the check to arrive at the address provided in the Draw Request.
If it has been more than 3 weeks and you have not received a check at the address provided on the Draw Request, please submit a ticket to the “Reimbursement Payment Not Received Form” contained in this link: My Safe FL Home Support Center - Reimbursement Payment Not Received.
PLEASE NOTE: Check payments cannot be delivered to an active USPS forwarding address and will be returned to Department of Financial Services.
